Domestic Violence Programs and Services
Advisory Committee on Domestic Violence Issues in Virginia's Courts
Established in 2007, this advisory committee provides advice and guidance to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia on the courts’ handling of domestic violence-related cases, as well as the content and format of domestic violence related training provided to judicial system personnel. The full committee meets three times a year in addition to sub-committee meetings.
