Terms of Court and General Information
- Terms begin 3rd Monday (or Tuesday if holiday falls on Monday), Jan., June, Sept.; 1st Monday April.
- Grand Juries, 1st day of Term.
- Cases set on Term Day. Cases also set between docket calls by agreement of counsel with approval of court.
- Court convenes 9:30 a.m.
- Commissioners in Chancery are utilized in general chancery except divorce.
- Local rules adopted pursuant to Section 8.01-4.
