• Terms begin, 2nd Tuesday, Jan., April, July, & Oct.
• Grand Juries, 1st day of Term and 4th Tues. of each Term.
• Court convenes 9:00 a.m.
• Commissioners are utilized in equitable distribution matters; not divorce.
• Civil cases set by praecipe received 10 days prior to Term, by agreement of court and counsel.
• Criminal and traffic misdemeanor appeals pre-set with Commonwealth's Attorney's secretary for 2nd day of Term.
• Civil misdemeanor appeals set with Judge's secretary.
• Recordation cut off time 4:00 p.m.
