Courtroom dress code: Dress need not be formal but should be clean and neat. Midriffs/stomachs are to be covered at all times, no halter-tops. No exposed underwear, trousers are to be worn at the waisteline. No shorts. No clothing with rude, obscene, vulgar wording or pictures.

The Clerk/Deputy Clerks are authorized to grant an initial 60-day extension of time to pay fines and costs on a defendant?s written request provided their operator?s license has not been suspended for non-payment. Any requests for an extension of time to pay fines and costs for periods longer than 60-days, any requests for a second extension or requests made after a defendant?s operator?s license has been suspended for non-payment must be made in writing and will be approved at the discretion of the Judge. The terms and requirements of those time to pay agreements will be set by the Judge on a case-by-case basis.
