Continuance Policy
JDR continuances granted as follows: traffic by Clerk, all others must be approved by judge. GD continuances granted as follows: criminal felonies by agreement with the Commonwealth's Attorney and approved by judge; criminal misdemeanors/DWI/reckless must be approved by Judge;civil continuances by agreement of both parties and approved by the Judge.
