General District, Traffic Cases - first continuance may be granted by Clerk; Criminal Cases - continuance with agreement of Commonwealth's Attorney; subsequent continuances granted by Judge on motion. Continuances more than 60 days from offense date granted by Judge only. J&DR continuances granted in accordance with Continuance Policy.
