• Garnishments every Thursday at 11:00 a.m. (appearance not required)
NOTE:
• To dispute a civil claim, you must appear on the return date or submit your request in writing for the Judge to decide.
• Please call the Clerk's office to get contested civil times.
• If any paperwork is sent in with an incorrect court date, it will be mailed back to be corrected.

Deadline to file protective order petitions is 3:00 p.m.

State Police - 2nd, 3rd & 4th Fridays
• 8:30 a.m. & 1:30 p.m., Unrepresented cases
• 9:30 a.m. & 2:00 p.m., Represented cases

Advisements - 2nd, 3rd, 4th Fridays at 11:00 a.m.
• Video advisements for incarcerated defendants are scheduled daily on an as needed basis.

No shorts, halter tops, tank tops, bare midriffs/stomachs, cut-offs, hats, or bedroom slippers.
