Continuance Policy

Continuances may be granted, for good cause shown, if a written request is received at least ten business days prior to court. If the continuance is granted, the moving party shall be responsible for assuring that notice of the continuance is given to all supoenaed witnesses and that they are provided with the new court date. (Rule 8:14, Rules of Virginia Supreme Court)
