  2. The trial court erroneously set aside the jury's verdict of finding $0 compensatory damages and imposed compensatory damages in the amount of $350,000 and prejudgment interest as to Count I(Breach of Fiduciary Duty).
  3. The trial court erroneously re-imposed punitive damages of $100,000 as to Count I(Breach of Fiduciary Duty) and denied defendant's post-trial motion of December 12, 2011.
