The Court of Appeals erred in affirming the trial court which erred in failing to strike the Commonwealth's evidence at the conclusion of all the evidence because the evidence was insufficient to convict defendant of possession of ten or more forged bank notes with the intent to utter them because the Commonwealth failed to prove defendant possessed the notes.
  2. The Court of Appeals erred in affirming the trial court which erred in failing to strike the Commonwealth's evidence at the conclusion of all the evidence because the evidence was insufficient to convict defendant of possession of ten or more forged bank notes with the intent to utter them because the Commonwealth failed to prove defendant knew the notes were forged.
  3. The Court of Appeals erred in affirming the trial court which erred in failing to strike the Commonwealth's evidence at the conclusion of all the evidence because the evidence was insufficient to convict defendant of possession of ten or more forged bank notes with the intent to utter them because the Commonwealth failed to prove defendant intended to utter the notes.
