NOTICE: Fairfax City Courts have resumed normal operations as of June 16th, 2020, however docket times will now be SEGMENTED 2 weeks prior to your scheduled court date.

Please review www.vacourts.gov website to verify your NEW scheduled court time no sooner than 2 weeks from your court date.

By request and order of the Chief Judge, we are still adhearing to some social distancing requirements, and

as such, we have a very limited capacity allowed in our courtroom at one time.

Due to this limitation, we are requesting that only those parties involved in the case appear in court, and that you arrive no earlier than your scheduled hearing time.

If you arrive before your scheduled hearing time, you will NOT be allowed into the building and will be asked to wait outside of the building until that time.

**Masks ARE still required to be worn within the courtroom at all times, unless the presiding Judge states otherwise.**
